From the Director:

We are entering that time of year which is on almost everyone's list of favorite holidays. In the rush and bustle of Christmas preparations (those things that we all complain about having to do, but wouldn't dream of eliminating from our celebrations), let's take time to remember the deeper meaning of the season. Here at Heaven Sent we will be discussing in detail the story of the nativity with your children, even as we also talk about Santa and elves and presents and those things dear to little ones' hearts. We will be hoping to also make shepherds and angels and of course, Baby Jesus, dear to their hearts as well. I found that my children, even when they were very small, loved to play with our nativity sets. There are plenty of inexpensive ones available that your children would enjoy using. Take advantage of an Advent calendar which will help lead up to the joy of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. All of the Heaven Sent staff wish you and your family a most blessed holiday season and a very happy new year!
